Michael Parker

Michael Parker is Vice President for Business Development at CMCG. He is a highly skilled Criminal Intelligence Analyst with extensive experience in financial crimes investigations, compliance solutions, and risk management. With over two decades of expertise spanning federal law enforcement, financial fraud analysis, and intelligence research, he has played a critical role in combating financial crimes and ensuring regulatory adherence across multiple sectors.

Throughout his career, Mr. Parker has worked with government agencies and private organizations to analyze and mitigate financial risks, specializing in money laundering typologies, transaction monitoring, and due diligence. His investigative acumen has led to the identification and prevention of fraudulent activities in high-risk financial environments, including cases related to the CARES Act, Medicare/Medicaid fraud, and transnational financial crimes.

Previously serving as an Intelligence Research Specialist for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Mr. Parker conducted high-level investigations into money laundering schemes, fraud networks, and cross-border financial crimes. His strategic intelligence reports have been instrumental in dismantling criminal organizations and identifying emerging financial threats. In addition, his contributions to federal task forces have strengthened inter-agency collaboration in financial crime prevention.

Mr. Parker is proficient in advanced investigative tools and analytical software, including LexisNexis, Tableau, and Palantir, which he employs to conduct in-depth financial analysis and risk assessments. His expertise extends to Agile project management, budgeting, and compliance auditing, ensuring organizations meet regulatory and operational objectives effectively.

A military veteran, Mr. Parker served in the United States Air Force, where he honed his leadership, security, and investigative skills. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice Administration. His professional certifications include Google Cybersecurity, Agile Project Management, and Tableau Software proficiency.
