Bruce Pearson is an experienced manager and executive leader who have proven himself in a variety of positions and industries. His management and leadership experience spans over 30 years. A career of more than 25 years of distinguished service with the Federal Bureau of Prisons, he served over 20 in supervisory management and executive management positions. He served in prison facilities ranging from minimum to maximum security levels, to include the Headquarters of the Federal Bureau of Prisons. He was a Chief Executive Officer (Warden) for 6 years and managed one of the largest Federal Correctional Complex in the agency. He also served as the Deputy Assistant Director of Prison Industries, Education and Vocational Training in the BOP for 2 years. In that position he was responsible for four industrial divisions, over 40 prison factories encompassing more than 7,000 employees and 13,000 offenders manufacturing textile, electronics, vehicle components repair products and serviced for the federal government. He attained the rank of Senior Executive Service in 2006, the highest level one can achieve through Federal Civil Service. He is a highly respected professional in his field with proven expertise in the areas of Prison Management and Evaluation, Leadership and Staff Development, Change and Strategic Management, Labor Management Relations, Prisoner Re-Entry, Inmates Skills Development, Programs Audits and Reviews, Security Assessments and After-Action Reviews.
