Claudia Hill-Bickham is an accomplished Senior Law Enforcement Manager with over 30 years of juvenile and adult corrections experience with a solid record of success with leading program management and program execution. Ms. Hill-Bickham retired from the Department of Justice, Office of the Federal Detention Trustee (OFDT) November 2011 and joined CMCG in February 2013. As Vice President for Quality Assurance and the United States Marshals Service (USMS) Liaison, she is responsible for maintaining high level quality reports by attention to every stage of the process from production to delivery and ensuring contract services provided to the USMS are in accordance with the contract.
In her position as Assistant Federal Detention Trustee, Detention Standards and Compliance Division she was responsible for the compliance of the Federal Performance Based Detention Standards in Private Detention Facilities housing USMS pre-trial detainees. Her leadership led the OFDT to receive Special Recognition from the Deputy Attorney General for work on the National Repository Certification and Accreditation program and Excellence in Information Technology. Additionally, she held numerous management and leadership positions within the Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP) to include, Assistant Administrator; District of Columbia Offender Section; Assistant Correctional Programs Administrator, Washington, DC; Case Management Coordinator, United States Federal Administrative Maximum Correctional Institution, Florence Colorado; United States Low Security Federal Correctional Institution, Allenwood, Pennsylvania and Case Manager, United States Federal Correctional Institution, Oakdale, Louisiana. During her career with the FBOP she received numerous superior work performance awards and recognition for leading the transfer operation of over 7,000 District of Columbia Prisoners from the Lorton Correctional Complex in Lorton, Virginia into Federal Bureau of Prisons facilities across the United States. Additionally, she developed special training seminars and monitoring tools to assist facility staff in monitoring facility compliance and inmate programs.
Serving as a State Parole and Probation Juvenile Probation Officer for the State of Louisiana and a Juvenile Probation Officer for Calcasieu Parish, Lake Charles, Louisiana from 1984 through 1990, she received numerous special recognition awards from Judges for her work with juveniles in successful achievements in school/ job opportunities and developing an intake assessment form utilized by judges during juvenile hearings.
Ms. Hill-Bickham received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Fisk University and has completed leadership courses at Harvard School of Business.
